The God has spoken. Gonna read it all.
I hope there's a way to turn of WiiSpeak... I'm not going to have my parents screaming at me or something and have everyone hear it. I'd rather just have a personal headset to be honest, but at least I don't need to buy more than one. :)I wish they'd say something about whether they'll have support for Brawl and MK for WiiSpeak as well...
New Mario and Zelda game?
%26#8220;What I can say is that typically games like that take anywhere from two to three years to finish those up,%26#8221; said Miyamoto. %26#8220;We do have the teams together and the teams are all working. The other thing that I can say is that in the past we haven%26#8217;t really had much opportunity to release two Mario titles or two Zelda titles on a single hardware system. Our plan is to try to do that with Wii. With that in mind, the teams are working hard at this point.%26#8221;

Also, new Pikmin:
''As for what the developer would like to work on next, Miyamoto said he's looking forward to working on the Wii some more. He also reiterated his desire to make another entry in the Pikmin series of action strategy games.''
I love Animal Crossing :D, I hated E3 :evil:
/thread.I'm glad they didn't change much. I just hope the town themes are still as good. It seems like they're sticking with the WW theme, but I hope that doesn't mean the soundtrack is the same as WW. As long as there are more hats, shirts, furniture, hairstyles, etc. everything will be fine. I like the idea of the city, but I hope it doesn't take too much away from the actual town. And I like the camera feature too. It seems like every game has that nowadays.

Who cares if he's wrong? The point is, more Zelda and Mario.
WTH is he talking about? The NES, N64 and GC did have 2 Zelda titles...
He might mean that TP was on the Wii and GC so it doesn't count for the GC as much? I'm not entirely sure myself.
well i guess he mainly means the Super Mario series which has only had one release on each system since SNES and not counting spin-offs like Paper Mario. so i think this is good evidence of a second Super Mario for Wii. World > Galaxy > SM UNIVERSE!!! i'll take that.
anamil crossing city folk :question::! :shock: :P :| :) :D
This thread should be getting a lot more attention than it is...
I agree. This is the first thread that is actually reassuring.

but yea...this thread has put a smile on my face
yeah, in 2012 on par with final fantasy XIII
He said 2-3 years, and it's 2008. That would put them at 2011 at the latest, assuming that absolutely zero work has already been done on them.
