It was decent enough. It would have greatly benefited from another 2-3 months of development time. It was riddles with glitches, it had control issues, and it was just very unpolished in general.Just bought Red Steel for $20
I rented it before, and its ok. Not worth a 5.5, or a 8.0, your rating range is decent though.
I really enjoyed that game. If you run into the pointer glitch (where the pointer randomly jumps or shakes), turning off the speaker and/or rumble will fix that.
It's got enjoyable moments. Too bad it's mostly technically broken. And some of the graphics in the game were really good (the dojo, anyone?). But other parts looked rushed and awful. Very bland and washed out textures and character models. But some of the shooting and swordfights are pretty cool and it's action heavy enough. Still, it gets hard to shoot when your cursor starts to go all over the place for no reason...
i rented it for like 5 mins seriously and took it back and said it was crap because it didnt even work.
