So what did the new update (3.3) do?

I just got on my Wii and updated to 3.3 and came here to find out what it does but couldn't find any post on it. Anyone know what it did because I haven't noticed any drastic changes.So what did the new update (3.3) do?
You can put your own Mii's in Mii parade.Freeloaders won't work anymore.And various hacks have been closed. So what did the new update (3.3) do?
It seems that when I googled it the new update had a lot to do with sinking a hack for Twightlight and some other things.
