I am a little disappointed because they didn't announce Kid Icarus Wii or Star Fox Wii.
Yeah, I wanted Kid Icarus 3. If it was a 3-D platformer I would buy it.
Is anyone mad that Nintendo didn't annou ...
I can't say I was all that dissappointed. I know the titles are in the works because Miyamoto said they were. That's as much proof as I need.
Also they might make F-Zero Wii this year.
jejjij3ioo2mjenuckp
WTF did you say??? Anyway I was kinda mad that they didn't announce a Kirby game or Kid Icarus.
still have toyko game show
It seems like Nintendo targeted casual gamers. You know, people who bought the Wii because they saw how cool Wii Sports was at their relatives' house on Thanksgiving, only to buy a crappy game or two, and then hardly play it anymore. A majority of these people think of Wii more as a toy, and they would never stream the Nintendo press conference live from a website. But what about us? The people who think the Wii could actually be an even better machine once the ''good'' games come out for it? The casuals don't even watch the conference, we do, the core gamers; it only makes sense that it should be targeted towards us. So why didn't they show the core games that are supposedly under development, but just weren't shown?I want Starfox Wii, and that ''revolutionary'' new FPS that Nintendo promised at E3 2006. The one that would use the pointer functionality for precise controls. And don't say Metroid, as that didn't even have online multiplayer. I want my games to have longitivity!
The reason they didn't do that is because Nintendo doesn't want to show anything until they are close to the game being finalized and about 95% done. If the game isn't 95% done or it still has a number of changes to undergo then you won't see it. What revolutionary FPS are you referring to? Do you have a link?
Well... nintendo keeps telling us to wait and that they do have some awesome games in development, maybe if we just tough it out for a while they'll announce something awesome on the horizon (animal crossing and Wii Resort don't look that bad by the way). But ya... I didn't really expect a whole lot form Nintendo, last year's E3 was a colossal disappointment (their big annouoncement was Wii Fit, enough said) so I tend to pay more attention to other companies that actually pay attention to the gamer.
No because they only talked about 08 games with the exception of Wii Sports 2
Why is everyone so mad that they didn't announce Kid Icarus? it's not like they even said it was coming.
no Im not. Im satisfied with the anouncements.
