It's a WiiWare game which, along with the Virtual Console, is all on the Wii.
It's coming through WiiWare, but I'm really torn between getting it for Wii and 360. Ahh hell, for 20 bucks I'll just get them both. I have friends on both consoles so I have to talk smack to both communites about how I have a better speed run then theirs.:P

If you don't know what Wiiware is it's just new Wii games that have to be downloaded from the Wii Shop Channel and aren't available at retail stores.
