Nintendo's next hardcore iterations will ...

I don't know about you guys but the last iterations of Nintendo's franchises(Galaxy, Corruption, Twilight Princess) really got me exicted and I know that they have something crazy for us coming up. They also have new hardcore franchises like Sadness and Disaster: Day of Crisis from them as well as The Conduit, MadWorld, Dead Rising, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers and much more. I was just looking at the Crystal Chronicles title and the pics they posted on IGN in 2007 and those graphics looked amazing then. I'm only curious as to how they look now because they can only get better. I'm sure the game has a big story which is probably why we haven't heard much about the game in over a year. The first pics and their first trailer in E3 '06 show different characters so there must be a big things involved. Zelda, Mario and Samus will be back next year for sure because by then it would've been about 3 years since Twilight Princess came out and these titles will keep going on for a while. Just the thought that these titles are in the works is good enough for me. There are words that Kid Icarus and Pikmin 3 are in the works so that's another title for the pile. I can't wait to try these titles but at the same time I can. Hold tight guys, you won't be let down next year. Nintendo's next hardcore iterations will ...
you won't be let down next year.
By then I'll have Conduit and it won't really matter. They want something this holiday that is first party. Or at least something. Nintendo's next hardcore iterations will ...
Who cares? People need to quit crying about lack of hardcore games and play what they have now. The main reason I dislike consoles is you get a game and beat it once and then you hear the person crying ''I HAVE NO GAMES!!!!'' If some good games come out then cool but if not oh well, it's not like you people don't have a computer or other console to use. There is no need for this overabundance of crying.

Warioland,Animal Crossing,Madden 09,Mario Sluggers,TNA Impact,Star Wars,De Blob,Sim City Creator,COD5,Star Wars,Sonic should all hold me over till whenever nintendo brings out there main franchises. I dont even care about nintendo's franchises at the moment, im loving the 3rd party support.

Oh, and [one of the games mentioned above or other hardcore titles] doesn't count! I want Nintendo HardCore''. Nintendo is providing for both the casual and the core. You don't see a game you like? That's too bad because there's plenty. Broaden those horizons. Link's Crossbow Training is a perfect example. It could be played on the casual level (Shoot stuff), but it can be also very deep. How many of you have Platinum medals on every stage by taking advantage of the Combo System? How many of you found the secret areas by shooting the Scarecrow heads? Made sure to shoot the center of each bullseye for maximum score rather than just hitting it? From the amount of posts casting games to the side because ''Nintendo forgot about the Hardcore'', I'm guessing not many of you did.
Nintendo is not what it used to be.....

Most of those will probably be better on the other systems. The updates they're doing to Animal crossing should've been there a long time ago and the only game up there that's using the Wii's strengths is De Blob.

And you got yourself a lot of games to look forward too. Everyone should be able to find something in that list that they will enjoy.
Tales of Symphonia 2, Sonic Unleashed, Guitar Hero: World Tour, Mario Sluggers and Call of Duty 5 are gonna keep me busy for the rest of the year. So what if there aren't any Mario, Zelda, or Metroid games coming out this year I can wait, and besides, these 3rd party games are awesome and plus there are other good games like Madworld and Conduit.
for all you boosting about 3rd party games, most likely they are strip down versions that are on the 360/ps3 with tack on controls. But yes the wii will get em.
I'm happy with what's coming ocer the next year. Animal Crossing, a new Pikmin, a new Zelda game. I'm pretty happy

The controls are inaccurate, EA still uses the Ps2 engine, the commentary is from Madden 2003, the game is strip down compared to the 360/ps3 such as no create a player (the 08 version) and many other important features, and the online is horrible. You and many others are better off buying the ps3/360 version where EA goes all out on. Basically the 09 wii version will be the same with the only feature worth mentioning imo is the call your shots feature, that it. TNA I dont know, StarWars might be kool with the controls but yea, the other version appear to be better, COD5 is a no no on the wii. It looks like a early ps2 game (yes, graphics arent everything) but the presentation,gp, and online will be superior on the ps3/360. Oh and I didnt mention the others that were mention in this thread because they arent worth mentioning.

Im sure they could give a crap about the 360/ps3 versions. We are talking about the WII!!!! TNA is the only game I dont know much about, but I want it to be good. MOH:H2 had ps2 graphics and the game is great. Controls and online was great. Why cant COD5 be any good??? Please oh please tell me. Both Clone Wars and Unleased look GREAT for the Wii, anyone with a WII should be looking forward to the game instead of freaking complaining even more about how they are ''better'' on other systems. Oh and Madden for the Wii is by far one of the ebst versions control wise. All they need to do is fix online and a few glitches and it be great.

I also only own a wii but that will quickly change because its starting to feel like the GC again. I DID enjoy my GC last gen but most of the games I wanted ended up on ps2/xbox. This feels like deja vu which is y i plan on buying a 360/ps3 soon. Also this is a gaming forum, the guy quoted me , I had to answer back and could ''complain'' all I want:roll:
Nintendo is not what it used to be.....
Indeed. Nintendo dropped the ball...... on their own foot.
Nintendo is not what it used to be.....
They could have won the show announcing a new punchout with wii controls.
Please, no more promises that Nintendo will do this or that. At this point, I'm hoping people stop hyping every little thing they do and sit back and let them prove themselves this time around. There's no point to get excited anymore because just look at the disappointment E3 brought.I'm only gonna hype up new 3rd party games because that's what needs to be hyped up. *cough* Sam and Max, The Force Unleashed, de Blob, The Conduit, Dead Rising, MadWorld, Disaster *cough*

I have 360/PS3 and Wii, and Wii is my least played console. I really dont see how they keep selling(other than the excellent motion control) they have a **** of a library compared to 360. Im not trolling or whatever, Im just saying Wii has alot of potential, but nobody knows how to make an exciting game. I believe the Wii have it all, but they need to come up with something new, and Wii exclusive so people can stop comparing the complete 360/PS3 games to the half-*** Wii version.
