Little Kings Story-One trailer is about all we got, but it just looks like such a brilliant concept, I want it.MadWorld-That trailer was amazing, and jumped my hype level up quite a bit.Out of those two, I would go LKS.
The Conduit, and please remove/edit CoD 5 from your list, its official name is Call of Duty World at War, so far there is no CoD 5 yet....
I think you should put MadWorld and Deadly Creatures in here. Perhaps even Tales of Symphonia and Mushroom Men.

Third-parties have complained that Nintendo's software is so strong that third-parties can't make money. Now they have no excuses because Nintendo stepped aside. Let's hope 3rd parties step it up several notches!!!
