If MegaMan and Wario are going 2D...

...do you think more franchises should go back to 2D, even if it's only one game and the rest of the franchise stays 3D???



I was thinking on how people keep saying Sonic started sucking as soon as he hit 3D.:( Well, maybe Sega could make another 2D Sonic but this time exclusively for Wiiware. Maybe Nintendo could even make a 2D sequel to an old sidescroller that not many people remember??? The game Captain Rainbow is bringing back old forgotten characters... If you think of 2D sequels please post.If MegaMan and Wario are going 2D...

Nintendo needs to make Super Mario Bros. 4 with Galaxy graphics and longer/more challenging than New Super Mario Bros.

The item collecting plus elements from the original series is what makes it better IMO. I'd love to see Mega Man X9 with the same 16-bit music and visuals as the first three games in the series.
Nintendo should make a few 2D Mario platformers for WiiWare.

Yes, I agree with the 2D Sonic idea. But the Sonic Advance/Sonic Rush games were still nowhere near the quality of the Genesis titles so...

hmmm... a franchise that was awesome in 2d that we haven't gotten in a few years... it would have to be one of their key series OH WAIT! I KNOW ONE! METROID!!!!
